The hit-and-run happened on Oct. 13 around 7:40 p.m. in the 700 block of E. Keist Blvd. and S. Marsalis Ave.
Genaro Rivera, 21, and Francisco Montez, 24, were arrested Oct. 18 and charged with capital murder.
According to investigators, Stewart was shot in the 4000 block of West Camp Wisdom Road.
