Young Professionals Happiest In Plano, Irving
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM)- Two North Texas cities made a national list where you can find the happiest young professionals.
CareerBliss.com, an online job site, released the list of 20 cities, based on factors that affect workplace happiness. Irving finished in 13th place and Plano in 18th.
Employees were asked to rate 10 key factors including work environment, work-life balance, compensation, company culture and reputation. The surveys were collected over a two year period from more than 38,000 employees nationwide.
The three California cities of Los Angeles, San Jose and Sunnyvale took the top spots on the list. San Antonio finished in the middle at number 10. Houston rounded out the top 20.
