DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Dallas are searching for a killer after a woman was found dead in the Oak Cliff area. Officers responded to the call at around 3:15 a.m. early Friday at the City Inn & Suites, located in the 200 block of Ewing Avenue.

The victim's name has not yet been released. She has only been described as a black woman in her mid-to-late 30s. The case is being investigated as "homicidal violence." The woman was found shot to death.
