Dallas police say a woman has been sexually assaulted inside a public library.
It happened Thursday morning at the library on Edd Road. Police say the victim works there, and was attacked before the library opened. Police say the suspect is believed to be 14 to 18 years old, and may have been wearing a school type uniform. Police say the suspect is black, 5'8", 160 lbs. He was wearing a white T-shirt with a red emblem with black writing on the chest area, khaki pants that appear to be cuffed or bunched above the ankle and black tennis shoes.
