Wife Of Man Killed By 'Affluenza' Teen Breaks Silence

FORT WORTH(CBSDFW.COM) - Ethan Couch, the teenager who drove drunk and killed four people, is expected to be released from rehab soon.

Now, for the first time since the accident, the wife of Pastor Brian Jennings is speaking out exclusively to CBS 11.

On June 16th 2013, Brian Jennings stopped to help Breanna Mitchell, a driver who was having car trouble.  Hollie and Shelby Boyles were also there trying to help.

That same night Ethan Couch and several friends had stolen beer from a nearby Wal-Mart, got drunk and got on the road.  He lost control of his truck on Burleson Retta Road, plowing into the group of four people.

As part of Couch's defense, he claimed he had Affluenza.  Then, last December, he was sentenced to rehab and ten years of probation.

Brian Jennings' wife Shauna has stayed silent until now.

"Do you still talk to him," Investigative Reporter Mireya Villarreal asked Shauna Jennings. "Brian? Yes," she answered quickly.  "I tell him I love him every day; several times a day probably."

Anger, frustration and sadness are some of the emotions a lot of us would have after losing the love of your life.  But Monday night Shauna Jennings will surprise you with her reaction to Couch's upcoming release.

She shares with us exactly what she wants to say to Ethan on CBS 11 at 10pm.
