PHILADELPHIA (Sports Network) - Boo Weekley earned his first win since 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial on Sunday to vault himself into the top 100 in this week's world golf rankings.

Weekley's third career title moved him from 111th to 55th this week.

The top eight players remained the same from last week, with Tiger Woods remaining at No. 1 and again being followed by Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott, Justin Rose, Brandt Snedeker, Luke Donald, Graeme McDowell and Louis Oosthuizen.

The only changes in top 10 came from the ninth and 10th positions, as Matt Kuchar moved up four places to No. 9 following his second-place finish at Colonial, and Lee Westwood jumped two spots after a share of ninth at Wentworth.

Those movements caused Phil Mickelson, Steve Stricker and Keegan Bradley to each fall two spots to 11th, 12th and 13th, respectively.

Sergio Garcia and Charl Schwartzel held firm at 14th and 15th, while Ian Poulter and Webb Simpson swapped places with Poulter inching up to 16th.

Bubba Watson, Dustin Johnson and Jason Dufner closed out the top 20 again this week.

Matteo Manassero became the youngest winner of the European Tour's BMW PGA Championship at 20-years-old with a four-hole playoff victory over Marc Warren and Simon Khan, and as a result vaulted 29 positions up the rankings to No. 28.
