Weeden Slams Jerry Jones, Hope He Watches Playoffs 'On His Couch'

DALLAS (CBSDFW) - After a hard year with the Dallas Cowboys, journeyman quarterback Brandon Weeden has found success with another Texas team, and now he's taking shots at his former boss, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
Weeden recently told an Oklahoma City radio station that he's been treated well since his arrival and immediate success with the Houston Texas, leading one to believe he's had more support down south than he did up north.
"Everybody here has got my back," Weeden said. "They understand how the league works. I think they were just as shocked as I was with some of the things that maybe Jerry (Jones) or whoever was saying. It was kind of one of those things. But everybody here has my back. When it's all said and done, that's really all that matters."
And for the Texans making an appearance in the NFL post-season while the Cowboys finish with their worst record in 15-years, Weeden didn't hold back.
"I mean yeah, absolutely. That'd be sweet. We get to play extra football and he'll be watching on his couch. That's what it's all about. We're playing for something," Weeden said.
