Vote For Your Texas Rangers In MLB All-Star Voting
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus is leading the American League voting at his position for the MLB All-Star Game in the first update of fan balloting released Monday.
Andrus has 727,555 votes while Baltimore's J.J. Hardy has 717,103 votes. Andrus is the only Rangers player who leads his position
Adrian Beltre, Lance Berkman and Ian Kinsler are in the top 3 at their position.
Nelson Cruz is not far behind Detroit's Torii Hunter for the third outfield spot.
A.J. Pierzynski is fourth at his position and first baseman Mitch Moreland is fifth. The Rangers are looking to extend their five-year run of having at least two players in the American League starting lineup.
You can vote now - 25 times per day - through July 4th for your favorite Texas Rangers players to get on the All-Stars roster.

The 2013 American League and National League All-Star teams will be unveiled on Sunday, July 7, on the 2013 MLB All-Star Game Selection Show, televised nationally on TBS.
