Huskies Shine Again In Underdog Role

ARLINGTON (AP) - No matter how many times the UConn Huskies were told they couldn't do something, they wouldn't listen.
Well, look who's woofing now.

Playing with a chip-on-their-shoulder mentality and poise down the stretch, UConn starred in the underdog role for the second time in four years, knocking off Kentucky 60-54 Monday night in North Texas.

Since winning the 2011 national championship, the Huskies have had a tough journey, including the retirement of coach Jim Calhoun and being banned from the 2013 NCAA tournament for academic reasons.

Despite being underdogs all season, UConn was the one team left standing, winning its fourth national championship in its second season under coach Kevin Ollie.
