Kris Kan't Keep Up

After the Nets big win against the Knicks in The Garden last Monday, Kris Humphries made an error in judgment only second to the epic fail that was his “relationship” with Kim Kardashian. Humphries tweeted, “Big game tonight! The Garden got really quiet on the way out! #Brooklyn.”

So, of course, this happens:

Listen, I don’t blame Kris Humphries for getting sucked into the vortex of hell that is the Kardashian Klan… er, clan. And he should be proud of The Nets win against the Knicks.

But, I swear its hard to feel sorry for that guy when he acts like a deer in the woods during hunting season that insists on dressing in a bullseye costume!

Terrell Suggs Said What Everyone Else Was Already Thinking

Ravens’ Terrell Suggs ripped into the Patiots after Baltimore beat New England in the AFC Championship game 28 – 13.

“Tell them to have fun at the Pro Bowl. Arrogant F****,” Suggs allegedly said in the locker room.  “These are the most arrogant p***** in the world, starting with Belichick on down,” the linebacker exclaimed.

Frankly, I think it was about time Suggs made a move to get some attention.  If Ray Lewis and the media had their way - you'd think Lewis was the only Raven on the field!

And, like Tom Brady’s blushing bride once said the quarterback can’t throw the bleeping ball and catch it at the same time.

Then, Wes Welker’s Wife Said What Everyone Else Was Already Thinking

Speaking of sweet Giselle, I was waiting on the edge of my seat for her press conference following the Patriot’s epic loss. Certainly she had someone to blame for her Tommy’s interceptions?

Instead, Wes Welker's wife decided to speak out:

“Proud of my husband and the Pats,” Welker wrote Sunday night on her Facebook page. “By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!” She posted on Facebook.

Have I ever mentioned how I adore people who mistake their Facebook page for a private diary?

Well, Anna, at least the Ravens didn’t cheat to win the game.

I think if The Patriots had a tenth of the amount of passion their wives’ seem to have about the game perhaps they may actually have a chance of winning another Super Bowl.

Fair and Square.

Dallas DWI Daycare?

It’s heartwarming to see just how seriously members of the Dallas Cowboys have taken the death of one of their teammates, Jerry Brown.

Just six weeks after Josh Brent was indicted on manslaughter charges for allegedly being drunk behind the wheel of his car when it crashed killing Brown – another nose tackle – Jay Ratliff – was arrested for DWI after crashing his truck into an 18-wheeler.

Earlier this month Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones assured fans it was “going to be very uncomfortable for the next few weeks and months at Valley Ranch.”

I have a better idea Jerry. Why don’t you just turn Valley Ranch into the Dallas Cowboys’ Adult Daycare Center? Dez Bryant already has a full-time babysitter… why not make it a requirement for the entire staff?

Manti Madness

Ok, so here’s a quick roundup on the Manti Te’o “fake girlfriend” saga.

Te’o admitted to Katie Couric he lied to the press after learning about the hoax.

Phone records show more than 100 hour-long conversations between Te’o and a number allegedly belonging to Lannay Kekua. And it was reported the hoax mastermind himself - Ronaiah Tuiasosopo – portrayed Kukua using a falsetto voice.  Voicemails allegedly left by "Kukua" for the Notre Dame defensemen were released - and you can get a good listen  right here.

But, not so fast.  After experts got a good listen  - they claim the the voicemails were actually left by a woman. So, someone else is involved with the hoax.

Oy, I’m exhausted.

So. What have we learned from this Te’o debacle?

Well, for starters we know for certain Te’o is not going to be wooed away from the NFL with a Rhodes Scholarship.

I can also say with absolute certainty is despite the madness Te’o is getting picked in the first round of this year’s draft.

Don't you agree?
