Arrivals at Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport transfer via Detours to Hotel Valley Ho for Overnight stay. Time on your own to explore Scottsdale. Thursday night artwalk in Old Town Scottsdale. Concierge can supply restaurant recommendations.
Friday
6:30am-9:30am Breakfast at Café ZuZu in Hotel Valley Ho Scottsdale at leisure. Guest will be supplied with breakfast voucher.
10:30.m. Depart Hotel Valley Ho for Sedona
12:30p.m. Arrive in Sedona. Free time in Sedona
4:00 p.m. Depart Sedona for Williams, scenic byway
5:00 p.m. Check in to Grand Canyon Railway Hotel 5:30pm-9pm. Dinner at Grand Depot Café. Buffet at leisure
Saturday
Various Breakfast at Grand Depot Café- at your leisure(opens 6:30 a.m.)
9:00 a.m. Wild West Show, trackside
9:30 a.m. Depart Williams aboard Grand Canyon Railway (First Class seating)
11:45 p.m. Arrive at Grand Canyon National Park
11:45pm-3:15 p.m. Explore Grand Canyon National Park on own.
3:15pm Board the train, and depart (3:30 p.m.) from the Grand Canyon
5:45 p.m. Arrive Williams. Overnight at Grand Canyon Railway Hotel
6:00pm-9:00pm Dinner at Grand Depot Café. Buffet at leisure

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: A non refundable deposit of $400 per person is due at time of booking. A non refundable final payment is due August 1st. Insurance information will be provided with your payment confirmation. Prices represent a 5% discount for payment by check, cash or money order. Rates are 5% higher if using a credit card and require an authorized signature. Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to cancellation. No exceptions can be made.
Legal First, Middle and Last names must be given as stated on your Driver's License. (No nicknames). Name changes can be made up to 60 days prior to departure at a fee of $150 per person. Please understand that vendors are very strict with regard to this. No exceptions can be made.
Insurance: Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Insurance information will be provided to you and must be booked within 15 days of your initial deposit in order to cover "pre-existing conditions". If for some reason you have not been given an insurance application, please call our office immediately. Please read the information brochure carefully before sending payment to the insurance carrier.

SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour. Also, SHARON CARR TRAVEL will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. If, for some reason, a trip must be rescheduled due to any of the above reasons, participants are bound by the new dates of travel, and can only obtain a refund if insurance has been purchased and insurer is contractually bound.
