The CBSDFW Storm Team Blog: When that cold front everyone is talking about gets to DFW!

You probably have heard about the cold front that's coming for us in North Texas.  It will get here Wednesday night into Thursday morning.  Not only will it bring us some cooler weather, but it will also bring us rain chances.

At 10pm Monday night the front was approaching the US/Canadian Border.

HOT, HOT, HOT

Before the front gets here, we have summer like temperatures with highs Tuesday and Wednesday near 100 degrees!

WEDNESDAY EVENING/NIGHT - We will see scattered storms mainly north of DFW in the evening and then throughout North Texas overnight.

THURSDAY- The cold front slides south and we will see scattered showers and storms behind the front.

FRIDAY - We will be in the cooler air with more scattered showers and storms.
