LOS ANGELES (CBSDFW.COM/AP) - "Furious 7" was named favorite movie, "The Big Bang Theory" won top TV show, and Ellen DeGeneres set a record at the People's Choice Awards.

The fan-voted prizes were presented Wednesday night in Los Angeles at a ceremony hosted by Jane Lynch.

DeGeneres received a humanitarian award, as well as the trophy for favorite daytime TV host, bringing her total People's Choice Award wins to a record-tying 17 trophies.

The women of "The Talk" had to deal with a security scare while accepting their award. A stage crasher interrupted their speech in an apparent attempt to promote an album. Daytime show host Sharon Osbourne literally kicked butt while Sheryl Underwood issued a stern warning.
