That One Basic Skill Millennials Are Lacking

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — According to Generation Opportunity, a national, non-partisan youth advocacy organization, the declining labor force participation rate created nearly 2 million young adults that are not counted as jobless by the U.S. Department of Labor. This is because, according to the organization, so many young people have given up looking for work.
Soon-to-be college grads, however, may have a hard time finding that first job for reasons outside of the current state of the economy. Because so many in their generation lack one basic skill, CBS 11's Gabriel Roxas tells us what Millennials aren't doing... And how that's costing them job opportunities.
