DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Texas A&M University Police are looking for Texas A&M student and wide receiver Thomas Johnson. According to a statement, Johnson was last seen leaving his home in College Station on Monday, November 12, at 5 p.m., wearing a black jacket, black shorts, and grey shoes. He was also carrying a set of Dr. Dre "Beats" headphones.

Because Johnson has family and friends in the Dallas area, police believe he may have traveled here. Johnson attended Skyline High School and his mother lives in South Dallas.

The 18 year old is described as 5'11," 180 lbs. with black hair and black eyes.

"Thomas is a tremendous student-athlete, greatly admired by his fellow teammates and all of us on the coaching staff," said Texas A&M football coach Kevin Sumlin. "If anyone has any current information about him or knows of his whereabouts, please contact his family or law enforcement authorities immediately. We pray for his quick and safe return."

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Johnson can call the Texas A&M University Police Department at 979-845-2345.
