Teacher Charged With Improper Relationship With Student

CARROLLTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Carrollton Police have charged a 26-year-old man with Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. The charges are related to a May 2015 incident.
Alexander Simon is charged with having an improper relationship with a 17-year-old female student at his Carrollton residence while he was a teacher at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
Simon turned himself in to Carrollton Police this morning. He is held in the Carrollton City Jail on $50,000 bond.
