ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - An alert went out to all students at the Tarrant Co College SE campus in Arlington around noon today warning students that the campus was on lockdown.

The text alert read "TAKE ACTION NOW - LEAVE IF YOU CAN. If not, STAY in your room or building, TURN OUT lights, CLOSE blinds, LOCK or barricade doors, HIDE under furniture, STAY away from doors and windows, SILENCE your cell phones. Await further instructions."

On the TCC emergency notification website a statement read "Tarrant County College Southeast Campus is currently on lockdown.  There is an Armed suspect in the woods behind the campus."

Arlington police say it's related to a burglary suspect wanted out of Grand Prairie.
