COLLIN COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - The primary suspect in the Christina Morris disappearance has been indicted by a grand jury.

Enrique Arochi has been indicted for Aggravated Kidnapping in the disappearance of Christina Morris.

In the first indictment, the grand jury found that Arochi kidnapped Morris last August.

The indictment accuses him of doing this with the intent to sexually abuse or violate Morris and to terrorize her.

The second indictment lists four separate counts relating to child sexual assault of a teenager.

This is unrelated to the Christina Morris kidnapping, but investigators revealed their findings about the minor while looking into the Morris case.

The indictment accuses Arochi of having intercourse and oral sex with the minor in 2012.

Arochi is already in jail in connection with the disappearance of Christina Morris last summer.

Police arrested 24-year-old, Arochi of Allen charged him with aggravated kidnapping back in December of 2014.

The arrest is partly connected to results from DNA samples collected earlier in the investigation, according to Plano Police.

Morris was last seen entering a parking garage at the Shops at Legacy, in the early morning hours of August 30, with Arochi, who was a high school acquaintance.

According to the warrant, which was executed in September, police searched Arochi's 2010 Chevrolet Camaro for bodily fluids, hair and DNA evidence.

Police said Arochi made many false statements over the course of the investigation, which have hindered detectives, including lying about contacting Morris' boyfriend right after she disappeared.

Police accused Arochi of lying about where he parked his car the night Morris disappeared.

In March Allen police charged Arochi with sexual assault of a child.

A spokesperson for Arochi says he had no idea he was accused of being a child predator until he saw our report on CBS 11 News.

Allen Police, investigated the case and filed the charges, but are not releasing an details about the case.
