FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - Frisco police say tips have helped investigators identify a suspect who used a cell phone to get video -- or a photograph -- of a girl in the female portion of the changing rooms at the Super Target at 3201 Preston Road in Frisco on May 3.

Officials say the suspect is 29-year-old Charles Sidney McKissack III. Police say McKissack often goes by the name of Chad and is originally from the Corsicana area.

The girl who was photographed told her parent and store employees that she saw a man peering over the wall with a cell phone pointed at her, but the man got away.

Information provided to detectives indicates McKissack is possibly transient in the DFW area and there currently isn't any vehicle information available for him.

An arrest warrant was issued for McKissack for Invasive Visual Recording, which is a State Jail Felony.

Anyone who knows where he is can contact the Frisco Police Department at (972) 292.6010. They can also send an anonymous tip by texting FRISCOPD and the tip to 847411 (tip411).

Frisco police credited social media and local news outlets for the tips received in the case. Detectives obtained surveillance video of the suspect and requested the public's help in identifying him.
