Summer Stays, Rain Leaves
For the rest of the day we'll be watching pop-up thunderstorms over north Texas. The activity looks to be a less than yesterday but more than tomorrow. Temperatures are in the low 90's with humid conditions:
The rain chances are small if heading to the big football game at AT&T Stadium tonight. Otherwise another warm and muggy early evening. When the sun gets below horizon it'll be a rather pleasant night:
Tomorrow the rain makers continue to move to the east away from north Texas. Tomorrow the rain chances are even smaller and mostly confined to the southeast corner of our area:
It'll be a typical hot tomorrow:
Compare the outlook for rain chances tomorrow verse Monday and you see how the rain chances all but disappear for Labor Day. August ends up the wettest month we've had all year but we'll have to wait for awhile in September before we see decent rain chances again:
