State Investigates Possible TAKS test Irregularities at Garland Elementary School
The principal of a Garland elementary school has been placed on administrative leave. Apparently there were some potential irregularities at the Classical Center at Vial Elementary when the TAKS test was given. Garland ISD spokesman Chris Moore does not know what they may have been. "There's a wealth of any irregularities. There's a broad spectrum, and it ranges across the board."
He says anytime anything comes up, no matter how small, they turn it in to ensure they maintain compliance with the Texas Education agency.
Vial Elementary is a magnet school and has an exemplary rating.
