Stars Place Wandell On IR
FRISCO (Sports Network) - The Dallas Stars placed center Tom Wandell on injured reserve on Wednesday.
The move is retroactive to January 24, the game during which he suffered a shoulder injury in a 7-1 loss at Vancouver.
The 24-year-old has registered three goals and four points in 46 contests this season.
In a related move, the club recalled right wing Raymond Sawada from Texas of the American Hockey League.
