EL PASO (1080 KRLD) - An South Texas woman says it's a miracle after she just gave birth to quintuplets Tuesday.

The premature babies include: three girls, two are identical twins, and two boys and doctors are happy to report they're  doing well at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso.

Susana Giron of El Paso and her husband Marco Delgado are amazed. Marco Delgado says, "This is going to be the adverture of my life."

He says they had a hard time getting pregnant so they used artificial insemination. The babies were delivered at just 26 weeks.

They weigh in at around 1 pound and 9 ounces to two pounds.

The girls, Vanessa, Jackeline and Montserrat, were delivered first. Doctors delivered the boys, Diego and Samuel, next.

"We are thankful to this family for entrusting us with the birth of their precious babies," said Dr. Velazquez. "Our team of experts at Providence came together to ensure the wellbeing of the babies and the mother which resulted in an extremely successful delivery."

As far as having more children Marco Delgado says, "At this point, I don't think we are having any more family." He laughed and said, " And I don't have the courage to ask my wife that question anymore."

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the Delgado-Giron family with the welcoming of their five babies.
