Silver Alert Canceled After Missing Fort Worth Senior Found
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - The Fort Worth Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for missing senior.
Maurice Applewhite, 79, elderly citizen with Alzheimer's has been located and is resting at home in the care of his family.
Applewhite went missing from Harris Hospital in Fort Worth around 5 a.m. Saturday morning.
He was driving a silver 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser with Texas License Plate 7CJLG.
Police were concerned that Applewhite could've been a threat to his own health and safety.
Applewhite was wearing glasses, a short sleeve blue/gray button-down shirt and blue jeans.
