Silver Alert Issued For Grand Prairie Woman

GRAND PRAIRIE (CBSDFW.COM) -- Grand Prairie Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 75-year-old woman missing since Sunday afternoon.
Authorities say Delphine Jones suffers from dementia and shakes and poses a risk to her healthy and safety.
Jones was last seen in the area of Abram and SH 360, wearing blue & white polka dot pajamas.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police immediately.
