Shooting Reported At Northwest Dallas Hotel

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Authorities in Dallas reported to the scene of a shooting at a hotel in the northwest part of the city. The incident happened at around 7:30 a.m. in the 10000 block of Finnell Street.

Crime scene detectives were called to the Orange Extended Stay Hotel. According to Dallas Police Department officials, three male victims were transported to a local hospital, all in stable condition. One of the men had a hurt ankle, but the natures of the other injuries were not released.

Details regarding the shooting are still being investigated by law enforcement officials.

According to a witness, a man jumped from the third floor of the building after gunshots sounded. It is unclear how this person may be related to the shooting.

CBS 11 News witnessed a man being taken into police custody at the scene, but his involvement in this case is unknown. Authorities reported that the shooting suspect is still at large.
