Semi-Truck Carrying Toys Catches Fire Along I-30

A truck driver narrowly escaped the blaze that engulfed his trailer early Monday morning along I-30 in east Dallas County.
The 18-wheeler was allegedly hauling toys when it caught fire in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 near Broadway.

There were no injuries according to Garland Police.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
