FORT WORTH (CBS11) - Fort Worth police say they are now investigating two cases of sexual misconduct by an employee at a Fort Worth pizza restaurant.

An 18-year-old waitress who says worked at New York's Famous Pizza since March said she suffered repeated sexual advances and groping from an employee. She finally quit and went to police after hearing a job applicant had the same thing happen to her.

Danyiel Jackson said she started having problems with a new store shortly after she was hired. The first day she met him, Jackson says he asked her sexually leading questions in his office until she finally became agitated.

"And he said, 'Well, I'll let you back to work,' Jackson said. "And he was like, 'But give me a hug.' So I gave him a hug and he grabbed my butt and I pushed him off. And he lifted my chin up like he was going to give me a kiss and I pushed him off me again. And he grabbed his pants and he said, "Look what you did you're not going to help me out with this? And I just like left."

Police confirm Jackson's is the second report filed with them about the employee's sexual conduct.

The first came from another 18-year-old girl who says she was fondled against her will while applying for a job.

A lawyer for the restaurant employee says his client is innocent of that allegation but they're cooperating with police.

"I was highly uncomfortable," Jackson said.

Jackson said she was harassed for weeks. But she was afraid to say anything for fear of losing a job she desperately needed.

"I dropped out of high school and I don't have many options," she said. "Whenever I found out he was doing this to other girls I couldn't just be quiet about my story.

We attempted to contact the employee's attorney specifically about Jackson's allegation, he did not return our call.

The Fort Worth sex crimes unit is asking for anyone who has information to help them with this case.
