President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are squared off for the second time of three planned debates.

Candidates each had two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate the discussion. The town meeting participants were undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.

The first debate took place at Denver University in Denver, Colorado on October 3rd, and the final debate will take place at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida on October 22nd followed by the general election on November 6th.
