Scout making peace with Dez
Well there will not be much first team work from either team tonight in Cowboys vs. Dolphins. But the headline story is going to be the former Cowboys head scout reaching out to Dez Bryant.
Jeff Ireland made headlines with his off season scouting questioning of Dez and allegedly asking if Bryant's mom was a prostitute. This is a really weird story and one that will reportedly end with a hand shake tonight. Bryant has taken the high road. Good for him.
Ireland is not a bad guy. It appears to be one giant misunderstanding. This game will be a beating for fans. Almost nobody of importance will play in this one. Enjoy??
