Saginaw PD Looking For Woman Connected To Saturday Shooting
SAGINAW (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Saginaw are looking for a woman they say may have the answers to a fatal shooting.
Damon Ing with the Saginaw Police Department says it started when people in two cars began arguing with one another at a convenience store off North Saginaw Blvd.
Investigators say they received a 911 call shortly after midnight of a shooting between two vehicles less than a mile away from the convenient store off East Bailey Boswell Road.
He says a woman in one of the cars was struck and killed.
Ing says they are releasing pictures of a woman entering the convenience store a few minutes before the shooting because they believe she may have known the victim in the other car.
The woman who was shot was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported, and the identity of the woman killed has not been released.
Ing says police are still trying to piece together what sparked the shooting, and are not sure what started the argument.
