Sabre To Develop New AA Reservation System
FORT WORTH (AP) - American Airlines Group Inc. has announced it will use travel-technology company Sabre to develop a single reservations system under American's merger with US Airways.
Financial terms weren't disclosed Monday.
Fort Worth-based American says the development of a single reservation system will be a milestone in the process of combining the two airlines, which merged last month but will operate separately -- each with its own reservations system -- for up to two years.
Privately held Sabre is based in Southlake.
