If I had not already been in a Christmas holiday mood before seeing DSM's Broadway Christmas Wonderland The Holiday Show, I definitely would have achieved that spirit after seeing this wonderful presentation.

The red curtain set the stage for marvelous set designs, perfect execution of the fabulous array of numbers and incredible non-stop dancing.

The lead vocalists Laura Mansell, Dwanna Orange, Kate Somerset How, Alfred Jackson, Mathew Jeans and Simon Schofield were sensational delivering crystal clear lyrics and beautiful harmonies covering nostalgic favorites like "White Christmas", "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", "The Christmas Song", "O Come all Ye Faithful", "Silent Night", "Hark the Herald Angels Sing", "Deck the Halls", "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" and many more standards.

Each Act was segmented into various thematic sets with spectacular scenery, including a glistening ice pond that two world-champion ice skaters astoundingly performed on, and over a thousand glittering costumes that were both naughty and nice.

The Gospel Christmas time segment ended Act One with a rousing version of "Higher and Higher" after a candle procession down the aisles during "Mary Did You Know."

There are tributes to Dickens, Disney, Frosty, Rudolph, and Santa.

The 24 singers and high-kicking dancers from London, New York and LA were fantastic, performing perfectly choreographed numbers with boundless energy, even dancing with the crowd. One of the favorite choreographed numbers was "Jingle Bells" in Act Two, with amazing dance line clapping, both standing and sitting.

It is the most wonderful time of the year! Get in a holiday mood and be dazzled by seeing Broadway Christmas Wonderland The Holiday Show at The Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas through December 18th.
