DALLAS (CBSDFW) - The attorney for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo says a judge signed a temporary restraining on Wednesday afternoon preventing the NFL from interfering with Romo's 2016 fantasy football event.
Romo's company has also filed an additional lawsuit against the NFL for interfering with it's 2016 event.
The attorney for the quarterback is also alleging that the NFL has been harassing the sponsors for the event in July.
Romo is also suing the NFL in a separate lawsuit for more than $10 million after his attorney say the league forced Romo to cancel his 2015 fantasy football event that he had planned in Las Vegas.
The NFL claims the event violates it's gambling policy.
The 2016 event is being held in Pasadena, California.
