Resident Calls Police After Seeing Body Being Loaded Into SUV
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Homicide detectives are trying to piece together a strange case out of far west Fort Worth.
Thursday night police were called to a home on Blue Creek Road.
When officers arrived witnesses told them they saw a man loading the body into an SUV. The witnesses allegedly confronted the man in the driveway of a home and had a brief scuffle.
The man reportedly abandoned the SUV and ran from the house. That unidentified person remains on the loose.
Fort Worth police officers did find a deceased person in the vehicle. They spent much of Thursday night going through the SUV and home it was parked in front of.
Police have not released any information on the victim or the cause of death. It isn't even known if the deceased person is male or female.
The body was taken to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office.
