Johnny Manziel Fired By Agent Drew Rosenhaus

DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - In a quick turn of events, troubled former NFL QB Johnny Manziel is finding himself without another agent.
On Tuesday, Dallas prosecutors announced they would present the family violence case against Manziel to a grand jury by Thursday. Soon after, Manziel's second agent in two weeks, Drew Rosenhaus announced he was officially terminating Manziel as a client.
In February, Manziel's first agent, Erik Burkhardt, said he severed his ties with the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner so Manziel could get help.
Last week Rosenhaus said that he informed Manziel of his decision to terminate their relationship, pending a 5-day probation during which the decision could be reversed if Manziel entered a rehab or treatment facility.
Rosenhaus, whose clientele is among the largest in the NFL, has represented Manziel "for a few weeks now." He says he's never terminated a contract with a player; Rosenhaus has been an agent for 27 years.
Manziel, a former Cleveland Browns quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner, is accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend during a night out in January.
A spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney said the case will be presented Thursday, with a likely decision announced Monday.
