DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Johnny Manziel has been accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley, according to a Fort Worth Police report.
According to the police report Crowley alleges her and Manziel had been at the ZaZa hotel in Dallas earlier in the night "hanging out with friends."
According to the report, after the group dispersed the two were then left alone at the hotel.
In the report, Crowley alleges Manziel was acting as if he were "on some kind of drugs," and was acting aggressive towards her, but she claims he was not intoxicated.
While still at the hotel, Crowley claims Manziel struck her several times including a strike to her left ear.
According to Crowley, Manziel insisted on driving her home because he "didn't want her to drive while intoxicated." In the report, Crowley said that on the drive back to her place in Fort Worth, Manziel struck her several more times. The report says "she was somewhat vague on the details of the assault."
Upon arrival at her apartment, officers asked what happened next when Crowley and Manziel arrived at the apartment. Crowley then became irritated with the officers questioning according to the report. She then told officers she had been running in and out of the apartment in an attempt to get away from Manziel.
Crowley says she ran to a nearby neighbor to seek help and that Manziel fled the area in an unknown direction.
Police say Crowley became increasingly uncooperative and didn't want officers to photograph any of her injuries.
Police released audio from a 911 call that took place the night of the incident. A neighbor apparently called police out of concern.
In that call the neighbor states, that the victim didn't want her to call police.
