DENVER (105.3 The Fan/AP) - For the second straight day, the Rangers offense looked dead in the water, and for the second straight game, Texas came from behind to win.

The AL West leaders had five hits in the inning and handed Colorado another tough loss in the two-game sweep. The late-game rally came after the Rangers scored three times in the ninth to beat the Rockies 4-3 on Monday night.

On Tuesday, Texas had four consecutive hits as Carlos Beltran drove in a run with a single and Beltre tied the game with a two-run double. Andrus gave his team the lead when he drove in Beltre with his second hit of the game. Mazara, Beltre and Odor also had two hits.

The seven runs is the most the team has scored in a game since making the trades for Jonathan Lucroy and Carlos Beltran.

Alex Claudio picked up the win after A.J. Griffin got roughed up in 4 2/3 innings. Griffin allowed 5 runs on 7 hits and 3 walks.

Claudio pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings to keep Texas in the ballgame.

Jeffress and Dyson pitched a scoreless 8th and 9th inning to shut the door on Colorado.

The clubs will now head to Arlington for another two game series.
