More Potentially Dangerous Mouthwashes And Hand Sanitizers Recalled
WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBSNEWS.COM) - Another company is recalling hand sanitizer because it may contain methanol, a possibly toxic substance also known as wood alcohol, lengthening the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's list of disinfections to avoid.
Separately, an oral rinse is also being recalled because it may be contaminated with a bacteria particularly dangerous for those infected with COVID-19, the FDA said.
