Pornographic Websites Found On Former Principal's iPad

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – Pornographic websites and images were found on the school-issued iPad of a former Arlington elementary principal who has been accused of child sex crimes, according to court documents.

Stephen Paulsen, 54, was arrested in Florida last week, where police say he tried to arrange a sexual encounter with a teenage boy.

The school technology manager at Morton Elementary says he found several child porn websites in Paulsen's iPad history, when he was asked to fix a problem with the device.

When Paulsen was questioned about the content, the former principal claimed he loaned the iPad to someone else who downloaded the sites.

Paulsen submitted his immediate resignation from the Arlington Independent School District after his Florida arrest.  He has been charged with  soliciting a child online for sex, including using a computer to seduce, solicit and lure a child, travel to meet after use of a computer to lure a child and child cruelty.
