Police Rescue Fort Worth Man From 7-Foot Hole

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - He went to buy a lottery ticket but luck was not on his side.
Before he got to his neighborhood store Monday evening, a 67-year-old man fell in an open construction hole.
His family got worried when he didn't come home and when police came to investigate from the air and on the ground they found him in the bottom of a deep hole lying in cold water.
An officer jumped in the hole to help the man and called for more help.
They got him out and he was okay!
