PLEASANT GROVE (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas police are looking for two men who gunned down a mother of four in Pleasant Grove.

Irma Martinez, 49, was killed in cold blood two days ago. Her husband is heartbroken.

"One family ruined for no reason. I can't understand that," said Alexis Castro. "I called her amor. She was jolly. She was very nice… every time, just smiling. She was happy all the time."

Police said she was waiting in her car on Greendale Drive for her son to return from a Dallas police explorers meeting when she was shot.

Her son, Lazzaro Castro, 15, aspires to work as an undercover police detective one day.

The gunmen stole some of Castro's mother's belongings, but police haven't said specifically what they took.

Anyone with information about this crime is urged to please call Crime Stoppers 1-877-373-TIPS (8477).
