Police Looking For Man Suspected Of 5 Attempted Child Abductions

PRINCETON (CBSDFW.COM ) - Collin County officials are looking for a man suspected of 5 attempted abductions of children.
Princeton police said the latest incident happened off Bonnie View east of 75, when a suspect pulled into the apartment complex in a late '90s model Chevrolet Green extended cab truck.
"Pulled up to a 9-year-old boy who was outside playing. Told the boy 'hey buddy we're friends. Why don't you come over here?' "
James Waters with police said the boys mother saw what was happening and intervened.
Police described the suspect as a older white male wearing glasses and a wedding band.
Waters said this is the fifth incident in the surrounding area.
"The suspect description is identical in nature. The vehicle description has varied. The only thing that has changed in the truck description is the color," he said.
