FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - Crime scene investigators are at a Frisco home, a day after a woman's body was found inside.

Police say Anna Moses, 43, was found dead in the home on Wednesday. They have ruled her death a homicide.

The home, located in the 5900 block of Charleston Drive, is owned by Moses, according to public records.

Police went to check on her Wednesday morning shortly before 11:00 a.m. and found her dead at the scene.

The victim's blue 2009 Hyundai Sonata had been taken from the home. It was later recovered a few blocks away.

The Texas Rangers are assisting with the investigation.

Moses was an Assistant Director of Strategic Planning & Analysis at UT Dallas for close to a decade.

"The news of Anna's passing is a shock to the University community. Anna worked at UT Dallas since 2005. She was well liked and respected by her colleagues, and she will be sorely missed," said UT Dallas' Associate Vice President of Communications John Walls, in a written statement.

Anyone who may have information related to this case is urged to contact the Frisco Police Department at 972-292-6010.
