Police Investigate Shooting Near Arlington School
ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Arlington are investigating a pair of shootings that took place early Friday morning, including one that happened just outside of Barnett Junior High School. The incidents began around 2:00 a.m. in the 2100 block of East Sublett Drive, near New York Avenue.
One male victim was found there, shot behind the school. He was taken to JPS Hospital in Fort Worth. There has been no word on the condition of that victim or his age.
A short time later, two other people arrived at Medical Center of Arlington with gunshot wounds. Police are trying to determine if these shootings are related. There has also been no word on the conditions or ages of these two other victims.
Police have not yet been able to identify any suspects or motives in this case.
