FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth Police are investigating a teenager's claims that she was sexually assaulted by a man during a summer job interview.

Baylee Dillon went to the New York's Famous Pizza restaurant at 10752 N. Beach Street in North Fort Worth on Friday to apply for a position.

"I was just expecting to get an application and take it home," said Dillon, who is 18 years old.

Dillon says an employee - described by her as a man in a managerial position - took her into his office for what she thought would be an on the spot interview.

"When we got in the office he locked the door behind me. He was touching all over me and trying to put me in sexual positions," said Dillon.

Fort Worth police say the man accused of assaulting Dillon is a 44 year old employee of the business.

Dillon says the man continued to grope her for ten minutes, but she was too afraid to scream.

"[I said] I don't want this. I don't want this, and he was like, ok, but you don't need to tell anybody about this. You can leave," Dillon said.

She immediately called her parents, who called Fort Worth Police.

The Sex Crimes Unit is now investigating, and on Tuesday, detectives put out a request asking for anyone with additional information related to the incident to call police at (817)392-4350 or call Crime Stoppers.

Tuesday afternoon, police confirmed to CBS 11 News that another 18 year old victim has come forward, in a case that Sex Crimes detectives say is related to the first incident reported on Friday. No arrests have been made, but police say it is an active investigation.

"It does replay in my head. It is not okay," said Dillon.

"I think he needs to be behind bars, at least for a while," said Scott Brewer, Dillon's step-father.

Brewer posted about his daughter's attack on Facebook - a post that has now been shared more than 6,000 times.

Monday and Tuesday, the doors were locked and lights out inside New York's Famous Pizza restaurant. A sign added to the door overnight said new ownership and management would be coming soon.

A voice message left on the answering machine for the restaurant said the place would be closed until further notice.

After numerous attempts to reach the man accused, his attorney contacted CBS 11 News.

Micheal Schneider says his client is innocent. Schneider says the man is a family man and business owner, who fears he will lose the business over the allegations and comments on social media.

Schneider says his client intends to cooperate with police.
