Police: Alleged Dispute Leads To Murder In North Richland Hills

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS (CBSDFW.COM) - The North Richland Hills Police Department is investigating an incident at the 7600 block of Boulevard 26 that left one person dead after an alleged dispute.
Police said the incident occurred at Zonga's Mediterranean Bar and Grill.
In the initial investigation, authorities said a dispute occurred between several people at the location.
According to police, two people were leaving the location in a white sedan when a suspect began firing a weapon into the vehicle. Both occupants of the vehicle were struck.
The driver of the white sedan, who was identified as 24-year-old Tevin Ingram from New Mexico, was pronounced dead at the scene according to police.
Police said the passenger was transported to an area hospital to receive treatment for his wounds.
Police said the suspect, Mike Filmore-Green, 20, from Richland Hills, has been charged with 1st degree murder with a $500,000 bond and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with a $250,000 bond.
