Police: 28-Year-Old Shot & Killed Inside Car In Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — Dallas police say a 28-year-old man was shot and killed in his car.
Officers responded to the shooting at the 7-Eleven convenience store at 9230 Skillman St. around 11:45 p.m. Friday, according to a police report issued Saturday. Police said DeAngelo Golphin parked his car at a gas pump and went inside the store. During that time the suspect got inside Golphin's car.
When the 28-year-old got back inside the vehicle, the suspect shot him multiple times, according to the report. The suspect ran from the scene. Golphin was taken to Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
