Plano Purse Snatching Suspects Caught On Video
PLANO (CBSDFW.COM) -- Plano Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly snatched a woman's purse in the parking lot of a shopping center last week.
Police say the victim was loading her back seat when she placed her purse on the ground beside her. The suspects car pulled up next to the victim, and a woman jumped out and grabbed the purse. The victim attempted to recover the purse, but was knocked down by the suspect, who fled.
Video surveillance shows a woman, believed to be the suspect, using the woman's credit cards at several stores and a gas station.
The black female suspect was described as having long, dark red hair and was wearing an American Eagle t-shirt. A black male was the driver of the suspect vehicle. The suspects are believed to be driving a Kia Sorento.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
