Person Of Interest Sought In Murder Of Houston Boy

HOUSTON (1080 KRLD) - Houston police have released a video of a 'person of interest' in the murder of an an 11-year-old boy.

The new surveillance video shows a man running down a street close to the scene of the where Josue Flores was stabbed to death.

The sixth grader was walking home from school when he was attacked.

Police say the man in the video is wearing a green jacket, a mustache, possibly a goatee with some letters on his jacket: LYMEN.

Investigators urge anyone with information on the person of interest in the video to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. Rewards totaling up to $45,000 are available to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and charging of a suspect in this case.
